Setting Up Billing for Fall Piano
Hello prospective Fall 2024 piano students and parents.
Starting this Fall, I’m going to be handling all payments for piano lessons through Stripe. It will only take a few minutes to set up your Stripe account, and then we will have a streamlined and easy billing process going forward.
When you click on the customer portal button at the bottom of the page, you’ll be able to access your Stripe customer portal where you can manage your billing. In the customer portal, you can take care of things like updating or deleting payment methods and viewing your payment history.
Billing Options
Option 1 – Auto-Billing. If you’d like, you can add a credit card in your payment portal, and I can charge your card each time we have a lesson. You’ll then get an email receipt for each lesson, and your billing history will also be available in Stripe’s customer portal.
Option 2 – Invoice Billing. If you’d prefer, I can invoice you after each lesson. Then you can click on the invoices and pay them through Stripe with your chosen payment method. Payment will be due upon receipt of the invoice.
